Geographic shipping radius
Re-Gen Labs’ logistics network operates exclusively within the borders of the United Arab Emirates. We do not facilitate any international exports or deliveries to neighbouring GCC sovereign states at this time.
Domestic freight tariffs
Expected transit timeframe
Internal order processing typically requires 1 to 2 business days. Following dispatch, most domestic UAE shipments reach their destination within 1 to 2 operational days. For central urban sectors, orders finalized by 6:00 PM (UAE time) frequently qualify for next-day, temperature-controlled delivery. Deliveries to remote western regions may require 2 to 3 operational days and are dispatched using ambient (non-cooled) packaging.
Discreet packaging
Client confidentiality is a core operational pillar. Every consignment is securely sealed within entirely plain, unbranded external packaging, ensuring there is zero visible indication of the enclosed materials.
Damaged or incorrect deliveries
If a consignment arrives physically compromised or contains incorrect items, you must formally notify our support desk within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp. Your claim must be accompanied by clear photographic evidence of both the external parcel damage and the product condition. We recommend providing an unboxing video, which helps your approval claim.
